Removing the 12 V power socket in the rear center console trim

- Turn the head of the special tool (1) to the left until both marks (arrows) are positioned opposite each other.
- Insert the special tool (1) into the 12 V power socket (3).
- If applicable, turn the special tool (1) towards the left until the recesses (2) of the special tool are engaged with the contacts (4) of the 12 V power socket (3).
- Turn the head of the special tool (1) towards the right until the special tool is locked in the 12 V power socket (3).
- Pull the special tool 0 496 588 (61 0 250)
with the 12 V power socket out of the center console trim.
- Disconnect plug connection (1).
- Remove the 12 V power socket (2).
