Replacing the support for the front bumper cover

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.

Remove the adjusting element (1) .
Unscrew the screw (2) and remove the holder (3) .
Replace the support for the front bumper cover.
Parts: Support for the front bumper cover
Attach the adjusting element (1) and the holder (3) to the support.
Tighten down screw (2) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Z support to support

8 Nm
Loosen screws (1).
Mount the holder and deformation element on the support for the front bumper cover.

Tighten the screws (1) on the support.

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Support on vertical connection
M6x20 screw	Tightening torque	11.8 Nm
