Installing the blow-off valve

• Check the sealing ring (1) for damage, replace the blow-off valve (2) if necessary.
• Check the centering sleeves (arrows) for damage and replace the blow-off valve (2) if necessary.

• Feed in and position the blow-off valve (1).

• Tighten the screws (arrows) on the blow-off valve (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Blow-off valve to exhaust turbocharger
  M6	tightening torque	9±1 Nm

• Tighten the screw (1) on the coolant return line (2).
