Preparing the special tool

In a profile rail pair, two profile rails are connected to one another by gearing.

- With the help of a support person, fully attach special tool 0 495 567 (31 5 250) to special tool 0 490 133 (00 2 030) .
- Insert special tool 0 495 819 (31 5 253) in the telescopic supports of one profile rail pair.
- Insert special tool 0 495 822 (31 5 256)
in the telescopic supports of the other profile rail pair.
- Only perform if the upper bore is not present .
- Mark and perform the bore on the special tool 0 495 484 (00 9 324)
according to the specified dimensions.
Introduce the bore on the side with the long shank.
The diameter of the bore is 6 mm.
Dimension (a) = 25 mm from the center of the existing bore
Dimension (b) = 50 mm from the outer edge of the special tool
