Partially removing the clutch master cylinder

- Draw off brake fluid up to supply hose (2) of clutch hydraulic system. Use only a vacuum pipe that is exclusively used for removing brake fluid.
- Detach the supply hose (2) from the expansion tank (1).
- Pull off the supply hose (1) from the clutch master cylinder (2), however do not completely pull it into the vehicle interior.
- Turn bolt (1) through 90° counterclockwise.
Lug (arrow) is turned after this through 90° counterclockwise.
- Remove bolt (1).
- Remove clutch master cylinder (3) from the clutch pedal (2).
- Turn bolt (1) through 90° counterclockwise.
Lugs (arrow) are turned after this through 90° counterclockwise.
- Remove bolt (1).
- Remove the clutch master cylinder (2).
