Installing headlining (lowered)
Precondition
The front seats have been fully adjusted towards the bottom.
The front seat backrests have been fully adjusted towards the rear.
The rear seat backrest is folded toward the front.
NOTE:
RISK OF DAMAGE
Fold the headlining.
Bending of the headlining can result in the need for the headlining to be replaced.
Fold the headlining.
Bending of the headlining can result in the need for the headlining to be replaced.
- Carry out tasks with a second person to assist.
- Support the headlining at the front and back.
- Raise the (1) headlining and feed it into the respective edge protection.
- Clip headlining (1) to the clips (2).
Make sure that the headlining (1) is correctly positioned on the tailgate seal.
- Clip headlining to the clips (2).
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
- Connect the connector (1) in the D-pillar (2) area at left and lock.
