Replacement: Remount the thermostat and the support of the charge air line

Remove screws (arrows).
Guide out and remove the thermostat (1) .

Replace the sealing ring (1) on the thermostat (2) .
Parts: Sealing ring

Make sure that the sealing surface (1) is free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.

Guide in and install thermostat (1) .

Tighten screws (arrows),

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Coolant thermostat to coolant pump
M6X25	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Loosen screws (1) .
Guide out the support (2) for the charge air line and remove it.

Tighten the screws (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Charge air line support to coolant pump
M6X16	Tightening torque	8 Nm
