Remove the right door sill trim panel

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

• Loosen screws (1).
• Loosen nut (2).

• Unclip the door sill trim panel (1) with a suitable special tool from the rear starting from the detents (2) on the retaining strip (3).

• Slide the door sill trim panel to the front in the direction of the arrow.
• Release the detents (1) from the front retaining strip (2).
