Installing the air duct for coolant radiator

• Guide in air duct (2)  and position it correctly.
• Mount the expanding rivets (1)  .
• Secure the wiring harness with all the holders to air duct (2)  .

• Install cross connection (5)  .
• Tighten the screws (4)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Cross connection at the top to rear cross connection
  M8x20 screw	Tightening torque	28 Nm

• Tighten the screws (3)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Cross connection, top
  M6x20	Tightening torque	11.8 Nm

• Tighten the screws (2)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Cross connection at the top to the lock support
  Oval-head screw	Tightening torque	28 Nm

• Mount the expanding rivets (1)  .
