Remove the armrest at the door trim panel

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING THE MIRROR TRIANGLE COVER .
• Refer to REMOVING THE COVER ON THE DOOR HANDLE .
• Refer to REMOVING FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .

• Drill out and/or grind down the spot-welds (1).

• Loosen screw (1).
• Drill out or grind down all marked spot-welds.
• Remove the armrest.
