Installing the window channel strip at rear outer left and right

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Attaching the rear outer window recess finisher strip

Precondition

The door window glass is open.

Check weather strip (1) for damage and replace if necessary.
Coat the window channel strip (1) with a suitable lubricant prior to installation.
INSTALLATION AID SPECIFICATION

Lubricants G14 900 ml, Can 83232360412

Clip in window recess finisher strip (1) on the clips (2) .
Press down the window channel strip (1) across its entire length.
