Installing the positive battery cable from the alternator to the auxiliary terminal for jump starting

Precondition
CAUTION:
Improper routing of the positive battery cable

- Route the positive battery cable without abrasions and do not trap.
- Insert and install the positive battery cable (1)
.
- Feed the positive battery cable (2) into the holder (1) and install it.
- Make sure that the lock (arrow) locks in place correctly.
- Insert and install the positive battery cable (1) .
- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Insert and install the positive battery cable (2) .
- Tighten nut (1) .
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Secure positive battery cable (2) to the holder (arrow).
- Tighten nut (1) .

- Feed in and install the cover (2) in the arrow direction.
The locks (1) must engage audibly.
