Installing the coolant feed line part 2 between the auxiliary coolant pump and exhaust turbocharger

• Using the special tool 0 496 714 (00 9 030) , replace the sealing ring (1) on the coolant feed line (2), part 2.

  Parts:  Sealing ring

• Check the sealing ring (3) on the coolant feed line (2) part 2 for damage, replace the coolant feed line (2) part 2 if necessary.

• Feed the coolant feed line (1) part 2 into the clamp (2) and position it.

• Guide in coolant supply line (3) part 2 and install.
• Tighten the screw (1) and (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

  M6X12	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Feed in coolant feed line (2) part 2 and install.
• Tighten the screw (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Coolant feed line part 2 on exhaust turbocharger
  M6X12	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Feed the coolant feed line (1) part 2 into the auxiliary coolant line (2) and install it.

  The coolant feed line (1) part 2 must audibly engage with the auxiliary coolant line (2).

• Connect connectors (1) and lock.

  The connector (1) must engage audibly.

• Feed in the cable (4) along the arrows and install.
• Connect and lock connectors (1) and (2).

  The connector (1) must engage audibly.

• Feed in the connector (1) and (2) in arrow direction at the carrier plate (3) and install it.
