Replacing the speaker cover on the side trim panel

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING REAR SEAT BENCH .
• Refer to REMOVING ARMREST SIDE SECTION .
• Refer to REMOVING C-PILLAR TRIM PANEL .
• Refer to REMOVING THE INNER DOOR SILL COVER STRIP .
• Refer to REMOVING REAR SIDE TRIM PANEL .
• Refer to REMOVING THE SOUND INSULATION ON THE SIDE TRIM PANEL .

• Carefully spot-weld (arrows) and drill out with the special tool 5 A3C D25  .
• Feed out the speaker cover (1) and remove.

• Replace the speaker trim.

  Parts:  Speaker trim

• Cut all the welding pins (1) on marks (2).

• Remove the welding residue on the side trim panel with a scalpel.
• Install speaker trim (1).
• Secure all welding pins (arrows) using the lock washers (2).
