Determining installed variant of the steering gear

Precondition
If necessary, remove the cover of the steering assembly.

- It is imperative to
use the special tools described in the respective steps (version A or B) when installing and removing the bellows and the tie rod.
- Version A:
Plug connections of the wiring harness (1) on the steering gear arranged on top of each other.
- Version B:
Plug connections of the wiring harness (1) on the steering gear arranged next to each other.
