Converting the production date

Precondition
A production date and no expiration date is printed on the gas pressure springs for hood.
If an expiration date is printed, you can continue with step 3.
- The production date (2) has the format (days/year).
- The production date must be converted into the format (month/year).
- For the conversion, it must first be determined whether the year printed is a leap year.
Leap year ... 2000 2004 2008 2012 2016 2020 2024 2028 2032 2036 2040 2044 ... - 2016 is a leap year (example from the illustration).
