Attaching the spring strut on the swivel bearing

Spread the swivel bearing (1) with the special tool 2 414 636.
Correctly align the positioning pin on the spring strut (2) with the gap on the swivel bearing (1).
Slide spring strut (2) into swivel bearing (1) up to the stop.
Remove the special tool 2 414 636.

Position holder (3) on the swivel bearing.
Replace the screw (2) and the nut (1).
Parts: Screw, nut
Insert screw (2) and guide on the nut (1).

Tighten down screw (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Spring strut to swivel bearing
M10 Replace screw and nut. Tightening via screw.	Tightening torque 60 Nm
M10 Replace screw and nut. Tightening via screw.	Angle of rotation 180°
