Remove the Bowden cable of the front hood locks
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING SEAL FOR FRONT HOOD .
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER FOR THE CENTER ENGINE COMPARTMENT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER ON LEFT AND RIGHT IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AT THE TOP .
- Refer to REMOVING THE LEFT AND RIGHT HOOD LOCK .
- Unclip Bowden cable bracket (1) from the body.
- Loosen lid (2)
on retaining lugs (3)
and fold up and to the front.
- Detach the Bowden cable (1) .
- Remove Bowden cable bracket (2) together with Bowden cables.
