Remove luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel on left

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR COVERING .
• Refer to IF INSTALLED: REMOVING EMERGENCY WHEEL .
• Refer to REMOVING THE LOADING EDGE TRIM .
• Refer to REMOVING FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT WELL .

• Remove the cover (1)
• Loosen screw (2)
• Remove lashing point (3)

• Reposition left rear seat backrest
• Loosen the expanding rivet (1)

• Press luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel lug (2) on the outer side of the hinge forwards over the stop on the trim (1)
• Guide out luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel (2) below the sealing lip for the trunk lid and the side trim panel in the rear passenger compartment
• Remove luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel (2)
