Installing the instrument cluster

Electrostatic discharge
Damage to or destruction of electrical components

Leave the electrical components in their original packaging until they are being installed. Only use the original packaging for returning the product. Always package removed components straight away
Read and comply with user information on using the associated special tool 12 7 060
Only tap the housings of electrical components. Do not tap pins or multi-pin connectors directly
Wear electrically conductive clothing and antistatic shoes (with ESD symbol)

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Conduct the following operation with the assistance of a second person

Feed in the instrument cluster (4) and position it
Clip in all cable brackets (3)
Feed the cable (2) into the holders (arrows)
Connect all connectors (1) and lock

Conduct the following operation with the assistance of a second person
Replace clamps (3)
Parts: Clamps
Feed the instrument cluster (1) with the hook (2) on to the clamps (3)
Position the instrument cluster (1) correctly

Replace screws (1)
Parts: Screws
Tighten screws (1) on the instrument cluster (2)
