Check roof-mounted antenna housing for tightness
- Make soap solution with water and soap (for example, dish soap)
- Close all windows, doors and flaps
- Set fan to highest level
Start the engine if necessary
- Spray soap solution in the joint (1)
Check
- Observe the joint while a support person opens the front door and closes it forcefully
- Repeat procedure several times
Result
» Soap bubbles are visible in the joint
Measure
- Disassemble roof-mounted antenna housing and glue it again
