Adjusting headlights

NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- If applicable, remove the cover over the adjustment screws for the headlight adjustment.
- Adjust the height at the adjustment screw (1).
- US version:
Only carry out lateral adjustment setting if the plug on the adjustment screw in the lateral adjustment is missing or damaged.
If applicable, remove the damaged plug (see additional information).
- Set the correct lateral adjustment by turning the adjustment screw (2).
- US version: If the lateral adjustment has been checked or corrected: Replace the plug and press it into the adjustment screw for the lateral adjustment without damaging the plug (see additional information).
- If applicable, install cover over the adjustment screws for the headlight adjustment.
