Remove front door handle

NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Precondition
2 persons required for removal of the door handle.
- Pull the door handle (1) until the service openings (2) become fully visible.
- Insert both standard tools (1) into the service openings (2) of the door handle (3) and position.
Standard tools: Allen wrench 1.5 mm
- Press in both standard tools (1) at the same time at 10 N (max. permitted compressive force 20 N) and hold tensioned.
This unlocks both detents (2).
- Have the assistant pull the door handle (1) in the arrow direction at 30 N to 40 N and detach it from the detents (2).
- Remove the door handle (1).
- Unlock and disconnect the associated plug connection, if any.
