Securing the high-voltage cables on the EME

Precondition
Switch off high-voltage system.

- Do not repair damaged high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components. They must always be replaced with new parts in their original packaging.
- If high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components are damaged and contact protection is not longer provided, technical support must be contacted immediately.

- Feed in and install the connector (2).
- Tighten the screws (arrows).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
High-voltage cable to electrical machine electronics M6x25
Tighten screws in crosswise sequence.Joining torque
Tightening torque3 Nm
8 Nm - Tighten nuts (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Holder for tension relief M6 tightening torque 8 Nm - Feed in and install the high-voltage connector (1).
- Locks (4) must engage audibly.
- Lock the lock (2) in arrow direction .
- Connect and lock the bridge (3) for the high-voltage contact monitor.
- Feed in and install the connector (2) in arrow direction .
- Locks (1) must engage audibly.
- Hook the high-voltage cable (3) to the rubber grommet (4).
- Lock the circlip (2) in arrow direction .
- Locks (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in the sealing frame (2) and install.
- Tighten screws (arrows).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Sealing frame at the top on sealing frame at the bottom RF5x26.5 tightening torque 2.5 Nm - Secure the clamp (1).
