Releasing the high-voltage cables on the EME

Precondition
Switch off high-voltage system.

- Do not repair damaged high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components. They must always be replaced with new parts in their original packaging.
- If high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components are damaged and contact protection is not longer provided, technical support must be contacted immediately.

- Loosen clamp (1).
- Remove screws (arrows).
- Feed out the sealing frame (2) and remove.
- Unlock the locks (1).
- Push back the circlip (2) to the stop in arrow direction

- Unlock the locks (1).
- Release the connector (2) in arrow direction .
- Detach the high-voltage cable (3) from the rubber grommet (4).
- Unlock and remove the bridge (1) for the high-voltage contact monitor.
- Unlock the lock (2) in arrow direction .
- Unlock the locks (3).
- Feed the high-voltage connector (4) out and set it aside.
- Loosen the nuts (1).
- Remove screws (arrows).
- Feed out the connector (2) and put to one side.
