Installing the adapter for the turbocharger

• Check the guide sleeves (arrows) for damage and replace the adapter if necessary (1).

• Check the sealing ring (1) on the adapter (2) for damage, replace the sealing ring (1) if necessary.

  Parts:  Sealing ring

• Wet sealing ring (1) with approved lubricant grease.

• Feed in the adapter (2) and install.
• Tighten the screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Adapter to exhaust turbocharger
  M6 screw	Tightening torque	8 Nm

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  Ensure correct locking of all the retaining lugs. Retaining lugs must audibly snap into place.
• Connect connectors (1) and lock.

  The connector (1) must engage audibly.
