(Partially removing the rain-light-solar-condensation sensor)

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE 
Damage to silicone surface  .
A damaged silicone surface can lead to malfunctioning of the rain-light-solar-condensation sensor  .

• Do not tap or damage the silicone-coated surface on the rain-light-solar-condensation sensor.
• After loosening lock, wait approx. 30 min. at 20°C for silicone surface to relax.

• Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
• Release rain-light-solar-condensation sensor (2) from retaining spring (3).
• Press on both sides of retaining spring (3), insert screwdriver (4) laterally, and lift the lock.
• A waiting period of 30 min must  be maintained until the silicone surface has slackened.
• Do not detach rain-light-solar-condensation sensor (2) from the windshield yet.
