(Installing the right front door)

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE

Paint damage .

Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.

Tighten screws (1) between both hinge elements at top and bottom.

(TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS)

Screw connection, hinge parts
Screw	Tightening torque	27 + 3 Nm

Secure door against closing.

Make sure the film between the door brake and body pillar is still present and undamaged.
If the film is damaged, replace the door brake.
Replace the screw (1).
Parts: Screw

Tighten down screw (1).

(TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS)

Door stop to pillar
Replace screw.	Snug torque	28 Nm
Replace screw.	Angle of rotation	90°
