Installing Left Front Door

- Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
- Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.
- Attach door from above.
- Tighten screws (1)
between both hinge elements at top and bottom.
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS
Screw connection, hinge parts Screw Tightening torque 27 + 3 Nm - Secure door against closing.
- Make sure the film between the door brake and body pillar is still present and undamaged.
If the film is damaged, replace the door brake.
- Replace the screw (1)

Door stop to pillar Screw
Replace screwSnug torque 28 Nm Angle of rotation 90° - Connect the connector and press the lock (2) down.
