Installing the ADCAM camera (Mid variant/high-end version) with the lens hood
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The camera lenses and the surrounding surfaces in the area of the cameras must not be contaminated! All work must be prepared and carried out in a low-dust environment. Wearing of disposable gloves is mandatory. Only start the work once all new parts are present. If necessary, clean the contaminated surfaces and camera lenses.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Check complete lens hood (including detents, guides and mounting elements) for damage before installing the cameras or the wiring harness.
Damaged lens hoods must no longer be used, as permanent firm fit of the cameras is not guaranteed.

- Guide in and install the lens hood (1) of the ADCAM camera.
- Guide the lens hood (1) of the ADCAM camera into the guides (3) .
- Tilt the lens hood (1)
of the ADCAM camera upwards and insert it into guides (2)
.
- Lock the locks (2) in the arrow direction.
- Position the guide pin (1)
correctly.
- Clip in the cable bracket (arrows).
- Insert the cable (3) into the guide (4) and position it correctly.
- Feed in and lock the connector housing (2) .
- Connect connectors (1)
and lock.
- Connect connectors (2) and lock.
- Slide the connector (2) slightly downwards on the interior mirror (3) .
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
