Installing the headlining (with panorama roof) (lowered)
Precondition
The front seats have been fully adjusted towards the bottom.
The front seat backrests have been fully adjusted towards the rear.
The rear seat backrest is folded toward the front.
NOTE:
RISK OF DAMAGE
Fold the headlining.
Damage to the headlining. If necessary, the headlining must be replaced.
Fold the headlining.
Damage to the headlining. If necessary, the headlining must be replaced.
- Carry out tasks with a second person to assist.
- Support the headlining at the front and back.
- Raise the headlining (2) and guide in at the respective edge protection.
- Clip in the headlining (2) in the area are the dashed line on the slide/tilt sunroof unit and the clips (4).
- Clip in headlining (2) on the clips (3).
Make sure headlining (2) is correctly seated on the tailgate seal.
- Secure expanding rivet (1).
- Clip headlining to the clips (2).
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
- Connect the connector (1) in the D-pillar (2) area at left and lock.
