Flushing and air bleeding the front brake

• In both versions of the fixed caliper, first vent at the inner vent valve (1). Then vent at the outer vent valve (2).

• Go through the instructions in the service function one after the other. 
• Start flushing at the right front.
• Connect the vent hose with the collecting vessel to the bleed valve (1) on front right brake caliper.
• Open bleed valve (1) and purge it until clear, bubble-free brake fluid emerges.
• Close bleed valve (1).

  Fixed caliper front bleed valve from brake caliper manufacturer Continental
  Bleed valve	tightening torque	15 Nm

• Connect the vent hose with the collecting vessel to the bleed valve (1) on the front right brake caliper.
• Open the bleed valve (1) and purge it until clear, bubble-free brake fluid emerges.
• Close bleed valve (1).

  Bleed valve	tightening torque	15 Nm

• Carry out the same procedure on the front left wheel brake.
