Installing the rear air suspension
- When reusing (if installed): Release the assembly ring (1) from the air suspension (2) and dispose.NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Failure to comply with the specification. Component damage.- All specifications for installation and removal must be observed.
- Carefully feed in the air suspension (1) in the arrow direction.NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Secure component against falling. - Check the banjo bolt (2) for contamination and clean, if applicable.
- Carefully screw the banjo bolt (2) into the air suspension (1) by hand to prevent damage to the thread on the air suspension (1).
- Tighten the banjo bolt (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Air pipe to air suspension tightening torque 2.25 Nm - Position the air suspension in the wheel well.
- Replace screws (1).

Rear spring strut/air suspension on body M10 Replace screw. Joining torque 56 Nm Angle of rotation 90°
