Installing the pressure line between the air conditioning compressor and the air conditioning condenser

• Replace O-rings.

  Parts:  O-rings.

• Insert the refrigerant line (2) from the top and position it.
• Place the refrigerant line (2) on the air conditioning condenser (5).
• Tighten down screw (4).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Refrigerant lines to air conditioning condenser/connecting piece
  M6	tightening torque	13 Nm

• Position the refrigerant line (2) on the air conditioning compressor (3).
• Tighten down screw (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Refrigerant line on air conditioning compressor
  M8	tightening torque	19 Nm

• Feed in and install the holder (1).
• Insert the coolant hose (2) into the holder (1).
• Close the holder (1).
