Preparing flushing 2
- Release nut (2).
- Take off refrigerant line (3).
- Loosen screws (1).
- Remove the special tool 2 420 896.
- Mount the special tool 2 412 530
as shown and secure with the screws on the side of vehicle (1) of the removed expansion valve 1.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Expansion valve to heater - A/C M5 tightening torque 5.5 Nm - Mount the refrigerant lines (3) on the special tool 2 412 530
and secure them with the nut on the side of vehicle (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Refrigerant line to expansion valve/connecting piece M6 tightening torque 13 Nm
