TECHNICAL INFORMATION
When the engine is stopped after the completion of trip, it may be necessary to run the electric fan. In rare cases, operation of the electric fan can last up to 11 min. This protects the components. In this case, replacing the electric fan will not remedy the problem!

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE TOP LEFT COVER IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT , and REMOVING THE TOP RIGHT COVER IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT .
- Refer to REMOVING UPPER CROSS CONNECTION .
- Refer to REMOVING THE TENSION STRUT AT THE SHOCK TOWER ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE REAR TOP CROSS CONNECTION .
- Refer to REMOVING THE ACOUSTIC COVER .
- Refer to REMOVING SUSPENSION STRUT BRACE .
- Refer to REMOVING RIGHT SUSPENSION STRUT BRACE .
- Refer to REMOVING INTAKE SILENCER HOUSING .
- Refer to REMOVING THE LEFT UNFILTERED-AIR DUCT .
- Refer to REMOVING FAN COWL .
- Unlock and disconnect the tank vent line (1) below the right throttle body.
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Unlock and disconnect the tank vent line (3).
- Feed out and remove the tank vent valve (2) from the bracket.
