Remove The Outer Section Of The B-Pillar

• Mark and cut the separating cut (1) to dimension (a). Thereby disconnect only the outer panel.

  Dimension a = 200 mm from the edge of the roof frame.

• Mark and cut the separating cuts (1) and (2) according to the specified dimensions.

  Thereby disconnect only the outer panel.

  Dimension (a) = 40 mm from the center point of the hole 20 mm dia.

  Dimension (b) = 20 mm from the center point of the hole 20 mm dia.

• Open welded connections in area (3).

• Release welded connections in areas (1).

• Open spot-welded adhesive joints in areas (2).
• Release the outer section of the B-pillar from the cavity sealing (3) and remove.
