Fastening the coolant line between the coolant pump and the heat exchanger

Careless handling of tools and sharp-edged components.
Scratches, surface damage.

Protect working area.
Handle tools and components carefully.

Replace O-ring (1) in the coolant pump.
Parts : O-ring

Insert the coolant line.
Connect and lock the coolant line at the retaining clip (1).

Installing the left throttle body

Prepare the throttle body

Replace the seal (1).
Parts : Seal

Replace sealing ring (2).
Parts : Sealing ring
Connect connectors (1) and lock.

Position throttle body (1).

Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Throttle body to intake manifold
screw	Tightening torque	7 Nm

Position heater return (3) in the coolant pump in the arrow direction.

Tighten down screw (1).

M6x18	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Secure the wiring harness mounting (2).
