Release the charge air crossing partially

Precondition 

Fan cowl removed.

• Loosen screws (1).

• Loosen screws (1).
• Feed out the charge air crossing (2) and place to one side.

• Unlock the clamp (1) and engage in this position.

• Unlock the clamps (1).

• Unlock the clamp (1) and engage in this position.

• Unlock the clamps (1).
• Feed out and remove the charge air duct for cylinders 4-6 (2).

• Feed out and remove the charge air duct for cylinders 1-3 (2).
• Unlock the clamp (1) and engage in this position.

• Remove the charge air crossing (2) from the charge air duct (1).

• Loosen clamp (1).

• Pull out the charge air crossing (1) in the direction of arrow and set it aside.

• Unlock and disconnect plug connections (1).
