Preparing the headlight internal pressure test

Select the appropriate test adapter.

Special tool 5 A7C 577 Test adapter for 6-pin connector with 2x sealing plugs

The two sealing plugs are used for the G70, G07 LCI and G09.

Connect the corresponding test adapter (1) to the headlight (2) and lock it in place.
Connect the test adapter to the connection tube on the Integrated Measurement Interface Box (IMIB).

Measure the headlight internal pressure with the Integrated Measurement Interface Box (IMIB HV).
Connect the diagnostic system and call up the diagnostic instructions for the pressure test under the following path.
- Body
- Lighting
- Leak test for headlights
