Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE INNER DOOR SILL COVER STRIP ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT .

- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Secure cable to rear window with adhesive tape.
NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Secure cable to rear window with adhesive tape.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Perform window removal using the "spider".

- Tape off body in area of piercing point with fabric adhesive tape.
- Push the thread through the adhesive bead along the line (1) from the inside.
- Cut out rear window using the spider special tool 2 357 248 .
