- Clean bonding surfaces of the cavity sealing (1)
with cleaning agent R1.

Installation of a cavity sealing (not expanding) - Apply sealant D1 to cavity sealing (1)

CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION
Sealant D1 (seam sealing) 310 ml 83425A547B4 - Install cavity sealing (1) in the new part.
- Immediately before installation of the side panel, apply sealant D1 on the cavity sealing (1) (bonding surface to body).
- Install the new part using an alignment bracket or a universal fixture and secure it.
- Weld the new part in areas (1)
according to the new part preparation process.
