Remove The Outer Wheel Arch Section With The Reinforcement

• Carry out the separating cut (1)  as shown. Disconnect only the outer panel.
• Remove the outer cavity sealing (2)  .
• Loosen welded connections in areas (3)  .
• Remove the support of the C-pillar along with the inner cavity sealing (4)  .

• Loosen welded connections in areas (1)  .
• Remove the reinforcement on the C-pillar.

• Mark separating cut (1)  according to dimension (a)  and make the cut.

  Dimension (a)  = 20 mm

• Loosen welded connections in areas (2)  .

• Continue with the separating cut (1)  from the previous step to the dimension a.

  Dimension a = 20 mm.

• Release the welded connections in the area (2)  and remove the outer wheel arch section.
