Preparing New Part
- Detach sheet metal parts that are not required from new parts.
- Mark and make the separating cut on the new part wheel well according to the separating cut on the vehicle with a material allowance of 15 mm.
- Adjust new parts in combination with the side panel.
- Prepare the new part in area (1)
for joining by welding.
- Prepare areas (1)
for joining by welding.
- Fit in new part.
- Prepare areas (1)
for joining by welding.
- Make the separating cut on the new part according to the separating cut on the vehicle.NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Welding in reinforcement plates (sheet steel) - Prepare a reinforcement plate (1) for the separating cut.
- Adjust the new part and prepare the area (2) for joining by welding.
Replacing the coarse thread bolt and threaded weld bolt (steel surface)
NOTE:

- Renew the coarse thread bolt (1)
and the threaded weld bolt (2)
.
Parts: Coarse thread bolt, threaded weld bolt
Take the number and position from the component to be replaced or the add-ons.
- Weld coarse thread bolt (1) and threaded weld bolt (2) onto the new part.
