Remove Outer Wheel Arch Section With Reinforcement

• Remove the cavity sealing (1)  .

  Releasing bonded connections
• Open spot-welded adhesive joints in areas (2)  .
• Release bonded connection in area (3)  .

• Remove radiator tank (1)  .

• Mark and carry out the separating cut (1)  as per dimension a.

  Dimension a = 20 mm.

• Open welded connections in area (2)  .

• Continue separating cut (1)  as per dimension a.

  Dimension a = 20 mm.

• Release welded connections in the area (2)  and remove the outer wheel arch section.
