Remounting the LED fan

Removing the LED fan 

• Loosen screws (1)  .
• Remove protective cap (2)  .

• Feed out the LED fan (1)  in an upwards direction.
• Unlock and disconnect connector (2)  .

Installing LED fan 

• Feed in the guide from the LED fan (1)  into the intake (2)  .

• Attach and lock the connector (2)  from the LED fan (1)  .

  Ensure correct cable routing in the headlight (3)  .

• Check the seal (1)  of the cover (2)  for damage and replace if necessary.

• Position the cover flap (2)  on the headlight.
• Tighten down screws (1)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Cover cap to headlight
  Screw	tightening torque	1.5 Nm
