Replacing the trim panel for the rear shelf
NOTE:
The description is provided only at one component. The procedure is the same for all other components.
- Release the locks (1) and guide out the cover (2).
- Replace the trim panel for the rear shelf.
Parts: Trim panel for the rear shelf
- Clip the cover (2) into the trim panel for the rear shelf.
- Release the plastic nut (1) and remove the belt holder (2).
- Insert the belt holder (2) into the trim panel for the rear shelf and fasten it with the plastic nut (1).
- Release the lock (1) of the speaker cover (2) and push the speaker cover (2) out of the trim panel for the rear shelf.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Remove the mid-range speaker and disconnect the plug connection.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Unlock plug connection and disconnect.
- Remove the tweeter (2).
- Insert the tweeter (2) into the trim panel for the rear shelf.
- Tighten down screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Speaker to rear shelf/support/head restraint Screw Tightening torque 1.8 Nm - Connect connectors and lock.
- Insert the mid-range speaker.
- Tighten down screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Speaker to rear shelf/support/head restraint Screw Tightening torque 1.8 Nm - Position the speaker cover (2) correctly and snap it into the trim panel for the rear shelf.
- Properly engage the detent (1).
