Installing the left and right thrust fields and the torsion strut

• Position the torsion strut (1)  correctly.
• Replace the screw (2)  .

• Screw in screw (2)  several turns.

• Position the thrust field (4)  .
• Replace screws (1)  and (3)  .

  Parts:  Screws

• Screw in the screws (1)  and (3)  for a few rotations.
• Tighten screws (arrows).

  Thrust field to body
  M8	Tightening torque	28 Nm

• Tighten the screws (3)  .

  Thrust field to outer body
  M10 Replace screw.	Tightening torque	56 Nm
  	Angle of rotation	90°

• Replace nut (2)  .

  Parts:  Nut

• Tighten nut (2)  .

  Thrust field to rear axle support
  M10 Replace nut.	Tightening torque	56 Nm
  	Angle of rotation	90°

• Tighten the screws (1)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Torsion strut to thrust field
  M8x27 Replace screw.	Tightening torque	28 Nm

  NOTE: Perform the steps on the left and right side.
• Replace screws (1)  .

• Tighten the screws (1)  .

  	Angle of rotation	90°

• Tighten the nuts (1)  and screws (2)  .

  Undershield
  screw	Tightening torque	2.6 Nm
  Plastic nut	Tightening torque	2.6 Nm

• Tighten the screw (1)  on the torsion strut (2)  .

  Torsion strut to mounting block
  M12x35 Replace screw.	Tightening torque	100 Nm
  	Angle of rotation	90°

• Position ground strap (2)  on the right thrust field (3)  .
• Tighten down screw (1)  .
