Prepare New Part

Mark and make the separating cuts on the new part in accordance with the separating cuts on the vehicle.

Prepare reinforcement plates for separating cuts.
Adjust new part and prepare for joining by welding in areas (1) and (2) .

In the areas (2) , observe the procedure for replacing spot-welded adhesive joints for series production.
