Installing the door sill trim panel
Precondition
The front and rear doors are open.
- Check snap-in lug (1)
for damage; replace if necessary.
The latches (1) may not be damaged or missing.
- Guide door sill trim panel (3)
up and into the side panel (2)
and engage into the retaining lugs (1)
on the inner surface of the side panel (2)
.
- Check detents for damage; replace if necessary.
The detents must not be damaged or missing.
- Starting at the front, insert door sill trim panel (1)
in the area of the dashed line into all detents.
- Tighten the screws (1) .
- Tighten nut (2) .
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
